What services do you provide?

We specialize in patient technology support, mail and paperwork organization, and light errands.


Who can hire you?

Senior adults can hire us directly. Also, family members, neighbors, or other people can arrange services on behalf of a senior adult.


Do you provide medical care or advice?

No. ENC Companion Care does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. We focus on everyday support and organization.


Do you provide transportation services?

At this time, we do not offer transportation services.  

 

What areas do you serve?

Services are provided to residents in Winterville, Greenville, Ayden, and Grifton, North Carolina. We may provide services to residents outside of these areas by special request and based on availability.

 

What are your days and hours of operation?

Service hours vary depending on the service; please refer to the Services page for hours. Earlier morning and late evening hours are available by special request.

 

How far in advance should I make reservations?

All reservations should be made with at least 48 hours' notice, if possible. If you need to book at the last minute, please call for special accommodations.

 

What are your rates?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all debit and credit cards, cash, Cash App Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


How are schedule changes handled?

If there is a change in service type or appointment, please give ENC Companion Care 24 hours' notice with the new information.  This can be in the form of a phone call or an email to contact@enccompanioncare.com.


What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unexpected situations arise that require a change in plans. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. In certain circumstances (e.g., sudden illness, accident, etc.), we will work with the senior adult, their emergency contact, or their sponsor to make adjustments.


Missed or same-day cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full-service fee.


Appointments may be paused or rescheduled for safety reasons due to severe weather or storm conditions. If ENC Companion Care cancels an appointment, a refund will be provided.


Are services confidential?

Yes. All personal and service-related information is kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
